Searle Bros. Construction Co. has been a trusted name in earthwork solutions for over five decades, serving the oil and gas and mining industries with expertise and reliability. Founded in 1967 by brothers Miles “Con” and George Searle in Vernal, Utah, the company began with a single D7 Caterpillar. Shortly after, they relocated their business and families to Wyoming, establishing roots in Rock Springs in 1972—where the company remains family-owned and operated to this day. Since the oil and gas boom of the 1960s, Searle Bros. has been a steadfast force in the Mountain West, providing essential support to industries through decades of economic ups and downs.
